Have your say

Your feedback will help us to understand the priorities and aspirations of the community in Leamington Spa and the surrounding villages as we prepare our outline planning application for an infrastructure-led new neighbourhood of high-quality homes, community facilities and extensive public open spaces.

Once you have had an opportunity to read an overview of the emerging plans, and view the interactive concept masterplan, please take a moment to complete our feedback questionnaire below.

Please ensure feedback is submitted by midnight on Sunday 14th June 2026 to ensure that it is taken into account as we prepare our outline plans.

If you would like to be kept updated on the emerging proposals, the subsequent planning application and statutory consultation carried out by Warwick District Council, as well as progress with the plans, please ensure you select “Opt-in to email updates” at the end of the form.

1. In light of significantly increased housing targets from Government, and the proposed allocation of the site in the emerging new South Warwickshire Local Plan, do you agree that this is a sustainable location for new homes and community facilities?

2. Up to 50% of the new homes will be affordable housing, including shared ownership homes that will appeal to first-time buyers. Is this important to you?

3. What is your priority for new homes in Leamington Spa?

4. Do you welcome the infrastructure-led approach to this development, with proposals for a new primary school, a new foodstore, local centre and playing fields to support the delivery of new homes?

5. What community facilities would you like to see provided within the Local Centre, if possible?

6. A significant proportion of the site will be provided as publicly accessible open spaces and biodiversity areas. Do you welcome this?

7. In addition to the proposed playing fields, there is potential to provide a range of outdoor recreational facilities within the extensive public open spaces. What facilities would you like to see provided if possible?

8. The proposals place a focus on active travel, with the Kenilworth to Leamington (K2L) route forming a key element of the access strategy for the site. Is this a priority for you?

9. The new homes will be built to be zero carbon ready, with air source heat pumps, solar panels and EV charging as standard. Do you welcome this?

10. The development would generate investment to support local infrastructure. What is your priority for investment locally?

11. Do you have any other comments/suggestions?
